That's Kintaro. U can also find Motaro near some tent he gives u money.. I found them bought although wasn't planing to do that ..they just showed up.. ^^

No that was Kintaro. I got close to him, he had four arms. It's jsut hard to tell, since they made him the same size as the other characters.

no this is kintaro. kintaro is sorta like gora (theyre both shokan) but he has tiger skin and goro doesnt. goro has plain skin and a ponytail. ull meet goro in outworld

in earthrealm go to the big doors that the village is behind. then go to the end of the wall. turn left, and take the road until u see 3 or 4 houses (its pretty close) the first house from the left matoru shld be standing there talk to him and he'll give u 1000 red coins

There's a glitch in MK: Deception where you can stand right next to them but they don't interact. I don't know if it's the same with the PSP version.
