As said earlier, the song title in this commercial is called "Infamia I" by David Arnold. Sadly, to my understanding, this is a production cue that is not available to the public. Yeah, it pisses me off to. It's like holding back great art and only allowing people to see/hear it through sound effects and promotional advertising.

Like I say, pisses me off.
