That's so funny.... we have a boxer/lab mix named, Marnie, and she LOVES the hair dryer, too. Since she's discovered the hair dryer, it takes me twice as long to dry my hair. She also loves wet towels after we've showered. She rubs herself all over the place. We laugh and call her our "self cleaning" dog. lol

Do you live in a cold place? I have a female Boxer and she hates cold weather, loves lying in the sun and on the sand at the beach, tries to sleep in my room, which has always been forbidden, loves getting wrapped in blankets... Maybe that´s why your dog likes the hairdryer...

He is 7 years old and has never chewed on a cord. The hair dryer is put away every day in a cupboard. If you notice I never leave the hair dryer in one spot and constantly wiggle it so he doesn't get hot spots, that dryer can burn if you're not careful. But thank you for your concern :-)
