Just re-watching your videos, but I know the reason why it's not blue. To get THAT color blue, it says your hair has to be platinum blond. From seeing this video, your hair was blondish-brown. I tried the exact same color blue, and my hair came out the same way. You should've re-bleached it again before you put the color in, or waited longer for the bleach.
