They've played Calgary twice.

Once on the Noctis Valkyries festival(last fall), once on the Paganfest tour(not too long ago). Apparently Noctis was their first N. American show ever.

You probably could have seen them somewhere with Paganfest... it went all over Canada, I believe.

No, alcohol kills brain cells. How is that good? Lack of brain cells is one of the reasons why some people listen to Metalcore and think it's good.

Screw the lyrics, it's more about the instrumentals and the vocals that one should focus on. But yes, I agree with them being a breath of fresh air. One of the good things about Folk Metal is that each band adds their own little special sound that makes them stand out. One of the more intricate and passionate genres of Metal.
