  • Just an Fyi i changed the banana portion on the video info cuz one banana really is all u need. That was my fault. But it just depends on the size of the banana really. I prefer the one because i dont want to waste half the other banana. Its just a smarter choice. So just thought i would throw that out to u guys since that was my bad. Hope u enjoy them ;)

    for the topping on the pancakes, would you put syrup or do you just leave them the way they are?

  • Well i just put cinnamon on top cuz it already has a burst of flavor from the bananas alone. Unless u prefer no bananas in it , then i would recommend organic fruit spread like rasberry or blueberry. Very delicious and u get your daily dose of anti-oxidants ;) u can get them at fresh and easy. Hope this helps:)

  • Dude ,you ll love them ;) i have them every other day. I do recommend vanilla soy over regular milk though because it compliments the protien pancakes. Trust me you ll notice the taste between the 2. Hope u enjoy it ;)
