As far as Riggs' hair was concerned you gotta look at it like this. With LW4, Riggs was older and was (somewhat) settling down from the badass persona. He didn't need the mullet this time out and, with the way he aged and put on some weight between LW3 and LW4, it just wouldn't have looked right.

The fan in me would love to see another lethal weapon film but the sensible side says well number 4 ended things brilliantly and on a high note, often when a franchise is milked they end up ruining them, always better wanting more IMO.

True. I absolutely love the whole franchise. However, sensibly things should come to a halt before the franchise is stretched thin (take for example the Saw franchise). Also, Mel Gibson isn't interested in returning out of loyalty to Richard donner who isn't returning, so a future sequel isn't likely unless it's a remake or reboot (which hopefully won't be the case).

One of the best ending credits to a film. Excellent choice of music as well. Family was one of the the main themes in Lethal Weapon 4. The photos of the cast and crew gave you a sense of their family bond after working on 4 films together. Love the last photo.
