Do these things have any natural predators in the Caribbean? What keeps their numbers in check in their original habitat? Are they susceptible to any kind of bacteria or fungi? Sounds like something straight out of a horror flick!

@aurum2007 they don't bite, they are just annoying, here in the caribbean they are anole food and they hate puertorican black ants!!!

Exotic crazy ants now pretty much range along the Gulf Coast from Brownsville to Miami...

Pretty sure I have a few million of these in my backyard. Probably got them from some potted plants I got at Home Depot.
