@polipochilegge Are you serious? During an EF4 tornado, which this one was, its going to pick up stones, bricks, whatever. This tornado picked up a cement slab over a foot thick & threw it over 150 yards. It also crumbled the cement silo. The pickup in the garage was totally dismantled: end gate in the south field, drive shaft & floor board in the east field. I wish people who've never experienced these types of storms before would stop belittling citizens of other countries until they know.

@MarDec72 i think it's still better to have a stones house, also because mine for example is 3 floors house (normal house here) and the stones aren't alone, they are covered in cement and the roof is made with big wood, only because it is 600 years old... i was just saying that a light wood like that make me see that they are not trying to resist at them!

@polipochilegge This house was 150 years old, one of the first farm steads in that area. All you would get if your house was made of stone & cement is heavier material falling on top of you & crushing you. Tornadoes are extremely powerful storms & I'm sure if you've never experienced one you are unaware of what they're capable of. The air pressure & wind is immense. It expands the trees & objects such as a piece of straw can get lodged in the bark.

This is an excellent example of how the size of a tornado ( diameter ) is not a good indicator of power. It's the speed of rotation that matters, this is a very small tornado in diameter, but you can see how it shreds that house and it doesn't even make a direct hit on it. This guy has no idea how to safely chase, the recommended distance when storm chasing is 1-2 miles. He's about 200 feet away at one point, a good way to leave a video behind as your final statement of life (and stupidity).
