@jubalslyre Hi Kate! Great to hear from you! The new ATFS-2 pedals require a firm action - they're also completely silent in operation, the quietest foot switch that we know of on the consumer market. We have some other cool switch interfaces that work with the BT-105 - you might want to sign up for our newsletter to learn more about the latest updates :)
@jubalslyre I use an organist's technique: I use the toe of my foot to press the Una corda pedal (soft pedal) and the heel of my foot to press the AirTurn if I need to use both pedals at the same time. :)
@cjd2897 My instrument requires me to use both hands and feet, so I was just trying to get more info on how the product is operated. Hugh's reply was helpful, although I need more pressure to move a pedal on the harp than is required on the piano, so I'd have to experiment to make it work. It could usually be worked around, though.
@idioticman2003 Each BT-105 has a unique ID. You can have an entire room full of BT-105s with iPads and they won't interfere with each other. In fact, we've made the pairing process easy - no need to punch in any confirmation codes as per other Bluetooth devices, and each BT-105's ID shows up in the iPad's Bluetooth devices settings, making it easy to quickly find each matching pair. We had 8 iPads with BT-105s running at the same time at NAMM, and not a single glitch during the whole show!
The attractiveness of Amazon Kindle will never be questioned any longer given it is basically established on its profits rate. A lot have purchased this device currently and even now a lot more would like to have it either for him or her or to be given to others as a present.
@torokun There are several apps that allow you to view the music in landscape mode a half page at a time for a zoomed view of the notes. Each page "turn" advances half a page.
@ConfusedTacos Several iPad apps allow you to add colored ink drawings to mark up your music. Some even enable you to add music notation stamps to "print" things like bowings, dynamics, and other markings.
Hey Hugh, looks great! I want to advance photos like a slide show from an I pad. Can I do this with this device?

Thanks! Does it not set it off too easily? BTW, it's Kate the harpist from Curtis ('01) - hope you're doing well!

So, Hugh, how do you turn pages with your foot when you need it to pedal? ;-)

Is there way to have program it so you can work with landscape mode of the iPad? Many times it's hard to read music notes on portrait mode.
It would be good if you can program so the left pedal controls vertical scroll and right pedal flips the book.
So in the landscape mode...
*left pedal single click: scrolls down
*left pedal double click: scrolls up
*right pedal single click: turns page forward
*right pedal double click: turns page backward
