  • I just got one of these also and got a different motor. You think it's too much? I'm going to use a 3S 850mAh. It's using the stock pinion that came with it. I guess a 13T?

    Raiden 250-Class-5150KV

  • @storre My guess is you should use a lower Pinion like 11T with that high a Kv motor.

  • is this good for beginners. i have i little experience with fixed pitch.

  • @ZXETIT

I think a 250 is too small for a beginner. You could stabilize it by putting 2mm nuts on the flybar, but a 450 with flybar weights is more stable.

  • is this helicopter begginer friendly?

  • hey man... what kind of servos are you useing?

  • @warriorzman , EXI 9g on cyclic. Logitec 3100 on tail with logitech gyro

  • I have a blade CP that I recently upgraded with a turnigy 2030 inrunner. It flies great and has plenty of power for me. Would it work in a 250 kit or do I need to get another motor?

  • @maynardr6

EXI 250 does not leave much room for a motor, has to be low profile.

  • Very nice vid. Thanks for the post.

  • you got one of these rascal too you haven't tell me about this welcome

  • 9 gram servo? can i fit them and an esky 3800kv motor?

  • What kind of gyro?

  • @1ocasey

    logitech 2100

  • does your motor get hot? i got a 4100kv with a 25amp speed controll. motor on mine got hot durring some indoor hovering. hows urs?

  • No, I don't notice the Turnigy 3800 getting hot. I also have a 25A (Volcano) ESC because that's what I had as a spare.

To me, if it's not too hot to touch and hold for 10 seconds then it's not too hot. That should be < 140F
