This is the Olive-backed Sunbird, a common garden bird in Singapore. Hummingbirds are only found in the New World - ie. North & South America. In Asia, we have the sunbird as the hovering equivalent.
Dude! This bird made a nest on my camo net window in camp! lol the bird grew up and flew away ... now the nest is abandoned.. HA! is this a humming bird? cos... I tot humming birds are found only in america
hey i had hummingbirds building its nest at a tree my mom placed at our balcony too. but my neighbour's kids threw some stuff at its nest and now the birds are tearing apart the nest to build a new one at other area! i'm so annoyed with those kids!
