I am 18 and a hardcoregamer. I am healthy and fit. Bc i workout just as avidly as i play games. Kids need dicipline and better parents. Stop buying the junk food. They will spend $5 on a burger when an apples and fruit cost less then $1. Children learn from what they see, if parents wont even get up off their buts how can u expect the kids too?
