It looks like an airplane reflecting sunlight & leaving a contrail. It's reflecting so much sunlight that you can't see any detail. The camera was unable to resolve the image because of the lack of contrast due to reflected light, & the extreme zoom, which often distorts details.
ive seen these things numerous times from various angles including one that was flying a tree top level. the dark spots are the shadows of very short wings, more likely canards: control surfaces not lifting bodies in other words. Otherwise these cylinders are completely featureless and as shiny as mirrors. They are definitely not cruise missiles. Cruise missles are not perfect cylinders, and they are nopt 30 to 40 meters long as was the one i saw at tree top height.

It's flying way too slow for a missile. If it was a missile, the guy who shot the video - allesgutes - could not possibly track it with a hand held camcorder zoomed in to the max. You need a team of trained professionals using a specialist equipment and technique in order to track a missile in flight.

There also must be a proper amount of moisture for a contrail to form. Contrails have nothing to do with an airplane flying at supersonic speeds.

You are capturing a distant object, you can't see the wings because its in shadow and the form is lost in the haze. When zooming digitally, the image becomes blurry. Deforming the object even more when you are recording.

Hrmm... could it be... a PLANE? You can clearly see what appears to be wing tupes right there in the center. I don't see a tail as one would ecpect but that can be accounted for easily by visual artifacts, poor quality video, graininess and atmospheric effects.

Rods have been shown to be an issue with camera shutters. Mainly appearing when cameras focus on an object in the distance and some sort of fly or bug flies in front of the lense.

Thats a plane or a cruise missile. A plane or a missile is a cylinder with wings attached to it. You can't see the wings from that angle as wings but you can clearly see the shadows of the wings.
I believe this could be genuine footage, I see no reason for this to be classified a hoax.

Rods have been shown to be an issue with camera shutters. Mainly appearing when cameras focus on an object in the distance and some sort of fly or bug flies in front of the lense.

If this is a ballistic missile, what was it doing in the air at that location at that time? It seems like kind of a big deal for a missile to be flying over a populated area.

Thats a plane or a cruise missile. A plane or a missile is a cylinder with wings attached to it. You can't see the wings from that angle as wings but you can clearly see the shadows of the wings.

I believe this could be genuine footage, I see no reason for this to be classified a hoax.
The UFO in question, as stated below, could well be an ICBM (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile), but this would be the first documented footage of an ICBM I've ever seen since learning of their existence quite a few months back.

--The staged slow-motion pan of the camera shows that the guy was just waiting for a plane to pass before he made the theatrical camera pan.
--The bump in the middle is the wings if you are looking at a plane from the side.
--Low pixel resolution makes it look cigar shaped without a top rudder. Either that or it was edited out by the hoaxer.
--Could be a missile however, but is still very man-made none the less.

There is no absolute proof that it's a Tomahawk.
