Last time I asked a doctor for advice on what's best to eat for my condition. He shot it down. I had a nice list of foods I ate printed out and he asked me if I got that list from another doctor. He totally ignored me on that and made a face like "that's got nothing to do with it."
The aim here too is independence and self--reliance... as much as possible.
And you're right, it's so easy to lose hope when often doubting/questioning myself.
I plan on traveling to different countries, maybe I can find something elsewhere. I was happy to hear you stopped ARVs I hope you are taking Silver and Aloe, it did wonders for my guy when he got off of them. Kudos for your bravery to share your journey with us. All the best. P.S. Hi, thank you for sharing your journey. I am not familiar with M.A.C but I am going to do some research and see if I can better understand the condition and/or any treatments. Which herbs are you finding difficult to come across?
...and a whole bunch more herbs. Just a LOT. I'm into cooking and when I research it's just endless mention of stuff I never see anywhere. Ordering specialty stuff online is a no - I don't have credit or debit.
I try the herbs/foods I do see, like making mint tea with fresh leaves, all leaves in the mint family and then some.... and of course, garlic.

I understand that you do not want to fool yourself into wishful thinking. I just hope you don't give up hope.
You are a mad scientist and sometimes you may have to seek external advice and be more trusting of a profession that has moved on since the 80s. x
