  • Great song by a great band, too bad they couldn't keep it together. I think Jeremy Colson is still playing with Steve Vai but not sure. I have liked a lot of the projects that Matt has done including those with James LaBrie and Zero Hour.

  • the singers my dad, no joke

  • sounds great!!!!! for a be a U.S.A band......

  • @DariowmM

What do you mean by That ?

Dream Theater & Symphony X & Enchant are also american Bands

i dont know IF you ever heard of them

  • @musicisthebestF welll there is nothing against U.S.A metal bands but you can see in the last times are more good bands from other places.....DT and Symphony X are a the most amaizing bands around the globe.......nothing else to say STAY METAL CHEERS FROM MEXICO

  • @DariowmM

I know some of my Favorite Progressive Metal Band of the 1990 ies comes from Sweden their Name is Pain of Salvation

their First 2 CD s has some of the Best music i ever heard in my Life check them out the CDs are Entropia & One Hour by The Concrete Lake

And my Fav, Power Metal Band comes from Brazil Angra their guitarist Kiko Loureiro

is as good as John Petrucci i. m. o.

  • a bit hard'n'heavy, isn' it?

  • these guys arent anything more then a metal band. you'd be pretty foolish to rate them as prog. they do remind me of dream theatre a bit in the sense that they have an extremely cliche writing aproach and there singer is very mainstream.

nothing original here, wouldnt buy this album personally its been done to overkill this type of thing. i gotta say tho the bassists strikes me as the best member by a longshot!

  • @noobovic

How can a Singer sing Progressive explain that

This music sound a Lot fresher then the Last 3 Dream Theater CD s

Dream Theater basicly deliver the same music since 2003 no evolution in writing since then

  • @noobovic Actually, the Drummer Jeremy Colson had enough skills to catch the attention of Steve Vai, a drum throne that's not easily filled. His performance on this album, is stellar to say the least. As far as album structure goes, sure, it's been done before, but then again, what hasn't been done before this day and age. Their use of odd meters and poly-rhythms is what makes them prog metal and not just metal. Cheers.

  • @noobovic it's prog because the band varies the meter of the music often and uses unusual meters.

  • Just awesome!

  • majer gey idiocy from these imposters

  • And it DOESN'T sound like Dream Theater at all

  • Very underrated and unfortunately disbanded right after 1 album. This makes this album a collectible!

  • very underrated cd rpr.

  • wow awesome!!!!!!

  • I love this song

  • the disc is awesome... i wish i can listen the crash cymbals... there's none already... i wish they make a follow up of this album.

  • And we still waiting for that 2nd record please...

  • one of my three favorite albums. this band has it all and the melodies touch my soul.

uno de mis tres discos favoritos.

    esta banda lo tiene todo

y las melodias te llegan al alma.

  • Una verdadera delicia poder escuchar esta música tan influenciada por el jazz

  • @TheJamsbro your dad should give me free tickets

  • @TheJamsbro Youre very lucky

  • Love this album. Damn I would have loved to hear one more release by the dudes!

  • I had this album many years ago when Magnacarta was the progressive metal label to look for. I wonder why they didn't record a second album. I know some members moved on to other projects.

  • this is pretty sweet. im surprised i haven't heard of this band. awesomeness

  • my god, this band literally mops the floor with justin bieber's face, not that justin bieber's face is worthy of the floor.

  • @swisscheesepotatochi how can u even compare justin fuckin' biber with a progresiv metal band ha?

  • @mizdris because i have large contempt for bieber...

  • @mizdris

A lots of people drop Random hate on Justin Bieber, Lady GaGa, Ke$ha, Lil Wayne under Metal videos

because the hope to get Thumbs Ups for those comments, most of the time it works

  • does anyone know any other sweet bands like this? looking for more guitar virtuoso inspiration :)

  • @J3R1N427i i know sick bass i want all there songs on gutiar pro

  • sick band all there songs r good

  • viva mexico cabrones y el buen progresivo

  • estas bandas gringas si ke son buenas

  • suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuperb all the best DonnieM

  • This band is a fine example of Good players and Prog has the best players

  • I loved the languid little bass passage there, nicely sidled in the keyboarding. The arpegs were a bit overdone, as well as the off-tempo instrumentalisms, but good stuff overall.

Why aren't we putting more of this kind of band out? Too many mediocre 'players' out there blowing the producers, I guess...

  • there are too many people who simply cant understand it. i find it extremely frustrating being someone who can out of maybe 3 in a 100 mile radius.

  • @rockster07 Yeah, it's really frustrating always having to explain to people what progressive metal is. Each and every time i meet someone who shares my passion for progressive metal, i get exalted and tend to show additional respect to that person.

  • @Labil32 haha, I understand that perfectly. I found out one of my friends new Gordian Knot, but I was extremely dissappointed when they didn't know any other prog bands, even the ones closely related to them, like Cynic.

  • todas las canciones del disco son perfectas! totas! todas!

  • omg 0:40 fates warning's ripoff

  • Another awesome song. For those who are wondering, the chorus is: 7/4 and 5/4 (If I'm not mistaken). Crazy Odd time stuff.

  • exelentes musicos, que pena que ya no sacaron mas discos,

  • whats scares me is that this is there first release...

  • Oh man i love this song, isnt it just great?

  • finally a good prog band from usa besides DT

  • Comment removed

  • haha, dumbass!

  • This song is one of the best prog-metal songs of the 90's.

  • cool this is a good progressive metal

  • are these guys still together?

  • Unfortunately, not....

  • I think that they only made one album, it was like an experience... So they wasn't together for long...

  • That 's prog!!!

  • Amazing band!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    alexis
