The DISTRICT court is something completely different and they have one in every district.
Filming police is NOT "illegal." The 'States' cannot override the Constitution. The lawmakers in Illinois should be RECALLED for making such a thing against the law.

And they wonder why people are starting to hate cops. I had a lot of family that were good officers and never had a reason for taping to bother them as they did their jobs with kindness and understanding. The very fact that this law is being enforced the way it is shows they have something to hide. I would think that the constitution trumps this law, with the freedom of speech and expression. Taping with out consent is a civil case at best. I think it is about time we take America back.

So what about like stadium parking lot cameras. There on it, but it was always there, and there going to get recorded no matter what. Same with Gas stations or banks. So why own camera's for defense? The law is just recording, not showing to the public. So I ask any banks, gas stations, or anywhere that has a camera for protection turn it off, or put a sign in your window that says no police/

A city of Celina, Texas Police Officer threatened to arrest me for having security cameras on my property. However, the Police Chief said there was no such law and I also contacted the Dallas Times. There are dumbths police Officers out there who try to hide their behaviors behind silly laws.
