The fact is that clinical depression is a very complex mental illness (or perhaps I should say "mental health issue" in these days of political correctness), and a lot of people who are suffering from this condition do not show any outward or obvious signs of being depressed - or even unhappy, for that matter.

When the new atheists decided to start wasting money on billboards at Christmas time and filing bogus lawsuits trying to sue sesame st to remove the lower case t because it resmebled a cross, they decided they also deserved to be labled a religion. Here in the UK Atheism isn't a religion so you have two conflicting countries saying it is and isn't, you have actual atheists that say it isn't a religion. Yes, Mary was very close to being stoned to death, but Joseph did not make a big scene of her being pregnant by someone other than him.
