It because with the nerd pants they are pull up high. And because it's been bunched together in custom... when you change the pants because the pants are lower it doesn't recognise the torso because the torso isn't part of the nerd outfit's shirt... it's part of the pants. I think I could've explained that better... but atleast I understand it.
