I am thinking of getting the Das I use a steelseries 6GV2 right now and I really cant stand the layout. I am hitting the " \ " key ALL THE TIME when I mean to backspace. Its because it was someones bright idea to shorten the right shift key and move the \ key right next to the shift so they could fit a larger ENTER button. Its driving me mad.

What he meant when he said 'overpriced' was that he doesn't think that the extra features (backlighting, audio in/out ports, and USB ports) you get on the Ultimate isn't worth the extra $50 so he just got the standard version.

And as for Ultimate vs Das, the Das is generally agreed to be much higher quality, and I can attest to that claim.
