not sure about Zurabishvili...but Maisashvili's credentials are definitely authentic....which you can very easy verify by logging on to the Harvard's JFK School of Government website and looking up his name....I believe class of '97.

Thank you for responding to my comments. I must tell you that most colleges and universities use the same textbooks in America. I have listened to Mr. Maisashvili's speech (I do not want to insult Mr. Maisashvili), and based on his understandings of basic Economics did not reach even undergraduate level. Thus, he does not impress me much:-)

well...that's not really fair. Though its true that there is some common textbook usage (especially among ivy league)...it's still hard to diminish the value of a Harvard masters degree. It is after all, by any account, considered the most prestigious institution in the world. So let's give credit where credit is due.

As far as his speech, not sure which one it was...so I couldn't comment. Though sometimes...you have to consider the audience he's speaking to. If you know what I mean.
