Just rest , purge, then reborn to expansion. Take time for yourself, take a step back and recap. It's all about balance, do something new and relaxing, positive, focus thinking on positive things. Stay away from regular booze fests (drank 10 beers tonight, not in the greatest position to give morale or anything but have been having success lately) . Exercise, eat well, listen to some feel good music like Jimi Hendrix or Washed Out. Have a few meditation sessions . Don't worry be happy. Thank you

Do you think it's actually possible to feel fully nurturerd in one aspect of yourself while being completely drained in all the others? I definitely feel like they're all pretty closely connected.
@AIexandar ALSO. I personally find that after states of extreme exhaustion, when I'm finally able to relax, those are the times I'm most able to appreciate pretty much everything good in life. Like even the simplest things, everything just feels so good in comparison, the release just brings this flood of total wellbeing. I bet whatever you do to chill the moment you're finally done of all this is going to feel proportionately awesome to however spiritually dryhumped you feel now.

I think you're right about them being connected, but if at least emotionally I had something to lean on as opposed to having yet another void... I might be able to handle the rest easier.

I know exactly how you feel right now. I have my last two exams next week, work on my proposal for my dissertation for the 10th and by best friends hen night to go to. Needless to say I have no idea how I am going to juggle all of these. Still after all of it is done I'm going to get my first ink so that something to look forward to. Hope all of this passes soon so you can start feeling well again. xx

@katConfidential Yea, like I said in the video I'm one of the few to leave my home town and do something other than shack up with a fella or have a kid. Granted I'm only just down the road from my home town but I'm doing something different. I think it's a trap of that place though, it's a town made for families not young people. There's nothing wrong with having a family so young, it's just not for me.
As for my ink I know it's kind of overdone but I want a swallow or two on my hip/s. =)
