@homewouldheart I asked Mum : keep in the refrigerator. If it isn't eaten quickly it will last about three months. After this time it usually loses some of the flavour.

We used to buy it as "Lemon Spread" - I can't recall who used to produce it.

I'm not understanding how it's eaten. I didn't hear the first part very well. Is it spread on a slice of bread like jams/preserves?
