People actually peak vocally much after 17. 25 is a much more appropriate time to expect the height of vocal potential. Trying to force it earlier than that is silly and never turns out to well. She is cute though! Although, she reallly needs a latin coach.

try to advise her to use her stomache to breathe. it'll be much easier for her to sing the high notes and long pitches and will help with vibrato.

breathing with her chest wont allow as much access to the high notes.

she's a beautiful girl and has a beautifully innocent voice. =)
