Why do people become so pissed off finding out a guy smokes? I smoke. I know, its unhealthy. It ruins your voice etc.. But loads of great singers smoke.. And its not a way to judge someone becasue they made one dumb choice in their life.
Of course it is! Your choices define who you are. If you make a dumb choice, and contiue with it even after you realize it is dumb, then you are a dumb person. After finding out a person smokes I immediatly lose respect for them. They will kill themselves...for what? Why waste your life?
My point is.. Why do people get so pissed off at smokers?Especially witht the whole drink thing I explained earlier.. 98% of people drink.. Whereas only A third of people (In England) smoke.. But wait.. Like I said.. In the long run, Drink is worse? It's not fair. Theres alot of smokers out there that are genuinely nice people.
They may be nice people, but they still are essentially killing themselves therefore I have 0 respect for them. AND drinking in small quatities things like wine can be good for heart health because of antioxidents. So it is DEFINANTLY not as bad. When your a smoker your hurting yourself and other people.

you're completely over-doing it with the whole gihad-how-DARE-him thing. i've known people have smoked their entire lives and lived well past 80. most importantly, judging someone on one decision that they make, regardless of how you important you think it is, is ridiculous of you. like you even said, your choices(choices WITH an S. PLURAL.) define who you are. go back and take the S off, and at least you won't be contradicting yourself.
