When you pop push the board the 180 rotation with your back foot, and not front foot as you would with the Fs 180

you have to land with a little bit more weight on your front foot and be ready to pivot. just practice alot

@AlkaSk8 Make sure you wind your shoulders in the opposite of the direction your going in, while at the same time looking at your tail. Just throw all of your body's weight in the direction.
