  • Hes wrong and right. Just doing diet pills wont work. You need to exercise at least 2-5 times a week for a least 30 min each change your diet so its a healthy one and take weight loss pills. That might help you shed 10-15 lbs of fat a month.

  • Good day, You can try the intellectus 424 diet (Google for it). I have lost a lot of the fat best diet ever.

  • I'm going to call bs on this, sorry. If u eat right do cardio and work out, taking a thermogenic like oxyelitepro (for example) can help because each pill has about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee (which most people drink multiple of). And it stimulates the thyroid, which could make fat break down into energy easier. But he's right they will not work alone.
