what's up? i don't bend much because i don't have anything to bend or any money to spend (rhyme unintentional). all I've got is the Atari Punk Console I built a year ago. xD I've circuit bent it a LOT since then. I even had to buy a new project box for it (more than 2x the size). Anyway, there's not enough room on it to add anything new. :( idk why i'm saying this though. xD it's not like it'll get me anything to bend. (I'd do anything for like... even a toddler's keyboard.)

all the bends on this are pretty much straight connections. Are you talking about get lo-fi? those guys are great. There's much more potential in this instrument, the next one will be far superior.

dammnn nice my sa-39 is pretty good for crash glitches and i got three pitch bends oputta it too but i dont think theres much morei cna do without a lo-fi kit and no i was just asking if you had a kit by them

They aren't destroyed, just modified. Destruction would be taking a hammer to it for the sake of breaking it (to the point of not working at all)

They're also just mass produced electronics... wires and plastic. It isn't like somebody hacked up an antique violin. Also a lot of things that get 'bent' are things that are thrown out and would end up in a landfill somewhere anyway.

The garbled noise... I guess that just comes down to personal taste, so I won't challenge you there. :)

Are you serious mate? the sk-5 is a horrible sounding machine,,, cheap nasty sounding piano samples, spastic dog barking and shit-core drums - errgg yuk.

Argh,nostalgia. That explains it... I had a very un-happy childhood and I guess that's why I associate SK-5's with yukki-ness.

Actually to be fair the SK-5 is quite a respectable machine 'under the hood'. I've learned alot from tinkering with it's circuitry.
