  • Hail from Russland!

I'm amazed! Why your group do not yet record Hans Zimmer - "You're So Cool"?

  • really really good work. still love this song in all its versions

  • It's too bad that there wasn't a larger audience. The applause should have been much louder.

  • I am so glad I stumbled upon this. I think more than the music (which made my heart sing) I enjoyed the smiles on the musicians' faces. How great to enjoy what one does.

  • You got it guys! Well done.

  • Que buenooooo, ¡bravooooooo! lo más asombroso es el tímido aplauso que reciben.

  • sublime...ty

  • Stunning stuff, great to see them enjoying themselves so much and pleasing the ear at the same time! 5/5

  • Great!!!

  • Thats the best version by far...the audience don't go wild but it was in an art museum...so the audience were probably a lot more appreciative than their lack of screaming and whistling would have you believe.

    11/10 for this!

  • outstanding

  • its was so sad to hear at the end they only got a couple of cheers. they were awesome!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • they really have fun to make music :D

  • I wish I could play an instrument like this...great listening

  • I really enjoyed that, great arrangement, and I applaud the instructor! I know these people practiced that a million times, and yet they were still enjoying the performance

  • that is the best version of this song on u-tube(other than the original) - i love the dynamics of the players

  • thankyou simon lives

  • Excellent!! I echo the comments of others in saying I wish I was there also. These dudes are having heaps of fun. Why such a small crowd though? Should be packing out the house!!

  • An astonishing piece of music, and a brilliant performance by these youngsters, well done loved it!!

You are now in my 'Favourites'. :-)

  • fantastic..but what the hek is that woman doing at 1:44 EH??? GET OUT THE WAY WOMAN!!!!

  • @StruanSkye taking a fucking picture

  • Teamwork! And funky conductor moves!!

  • Giving life to a classic, this is fantastic.

  • Well done guys! - it's often a waste of time logging in to variations of classic works, but not this time - this was *brilliantly* entertaining; not just to listen to, but to watch as well. The audience didn't deserve you!

  • I agree with WhenPaulaSparks - that was wasted on the audience who were so lame!

    Loved this. Bravo!

  • I have to say, that's on par with the original. Really well performed, fantastic!

  • such a great video. that conductor/teacher makes my day! and I can tell those kids really have an appreciation for good music. that being said, that audience's applause seemed a bit weak!

  • eso es una profesora de musika si señor!!

  • Super FannnnnnnnnnnnTASTIC

  • excellently composed, brilliantly orchestrated

    exceptional.

  • Brrravoooo

  • Wow. That gave me the chills. Everyone was into it. I used to play in winter drumline and we would have to practice our body language. I played mallets. This was sweet. I was looking for this song, and this was just what I was looking for. Thanks, it was perfect!!

  • I love it when the guy and girl in the back sword fight with their mallets. :D That's totally something me and my friends would do!

  • that looks like it was so much fun to play!! GREAT job!

  • We are playing this song in our orchestra group at my school. I love playing it on the viola, but this just sounds straight up awesome! You guys are amazing, I've watched many of your videos and I love it! I LOVE PERCUSSION! =D

    Great job!

  • WOoooooooooooooo Funky Conductor :D YEAH

  • More!!!!

  • I keep coming back to this video. You can just tell that the kids are enough inspired by the tune and the conductor [music teacher?] to come together, dress up, and make it happen. Ain't nobody telling them to practice, LOL. They certainly all have varying tastes in music, but they all must have agreed this is a killer tune to show off in concert. This should happen more. Well done all, and major shout out to the Conductor. And Oz kids, keep playing, Follow your bliss!

  • uuuoooouu!!! brutal!!!!!

  • Great version...of a great song!

  • This is one of the coolest videos I've seen...

When the two guys smile at 1:34 it reminded me of my days back in percussion.

The drum beat at 1:35 is so perfectly understated.... i like this sound much more than the metal part at 3:00 but it's still awesome.

  • Nice

  • Fucking Fantastic!

    Keep it up!

  • piperjohn3 is spot on!

  • Freaking awesome!! Beautiful!

  • you guys are great lol love this song, keep up the good work, would love to see more videos

  • now those are DRUMMERS, fuckin awesome.

  • Love it. What teamwork and timing! And fun

  • That was so great. You have no idea.

  • this was most excellent, indeed!

  • The BEST version so far on YouTube! How can I get a better sounding recording?

You guys looked like you were haveing so much fun. Thank you.

  • Absolutely! Hot Damn! These kids are great, and as a teacher, I'm gonna guess the director might have had something to do with it HAZAH! to Shannon. I agree with another commenter - though I would say that these kids just deserved a BIGGER AUDIENCE.

  • those guys seriously deserved a bigger round of applause - this video always makes me smile!

  • Yeah that was some weak applause after a great performance. They totally deserved more.

  • AWESOME! Inspiring music, expression, teamwork. Wow. Instead of reading in the paper about kids in trouble, we should be learning about kids like this.

  • That was amazing...such enthusiasim...are they hisgh school kids? if so, that is mind boggling...every single one of them is talented. 10 outta 10 in my books! Job Well Done!!

  • yeah im pretty much in love with those two girls as well, haha. oh yeah and the song is awesome too lol

  • well done ! take a music lover's word : you got it right !

  • what if there sticks broke when they were playing swords *GASP*

  • I wish there were a little more people out there as enthusiastic about music as those kids are.

    Awesome job.

  • Yeah you are right! Then the world would be more active and lively. Just more enjoyable at that.!

  • Absolutely fantastic. Brilliant passion and love for the music and a great reworking. Well done you guys.

  • Truely fantastic, such enthusiasm!! So refreshing to see this great piece of music covered in such an original way. Well done to all concerned.

  • That was great! I thoroughly enjoyed that.

  • Musically excellent, technically nigh on perfect, choreography: silly and superb :-)

VERY very good - most enjoyable. Having a wife as a music teacher means I see many young bands and this is one of the best I have seen. Go look up EMYJO and see the level I put you at.

  • Absolutely top marks, enthusiasm is top class.

  • Whoa that was great! There was some definite artistry going on there........you guys are young keep it up and you will go far. Best of luck, from New York.

  • Well done guys, that's an excellent version,I think Simon Jeffes would've been quite happy to hear it.

  • WHOA! awsome... lol your being plagued by AC comments mwahahaha

  • I'm guessing that this took a bit of practice? This was great, wonderful, excellent. I found your version while surfing YouTube on a Sunday morning. What a great find and what a great tune to start a Sunday (or any day). Also, what a great cooperative, sharing ensemble. You can't play this so well without subordinating yourself to such a spirited and spiritual team effort. This is one of those "you gotta see this" YouTube videos I'll be passing around.

  • Brilliant Guys, i think that it's fair to say that all of them are fairly rhytmically adept. I'd love to see some more stuff that you guys play!

  • More stuff up! Enjoy!

  • nice version...(and two nearside girls = hot!)

  • Yeah, that girl to the furthest right hand side is very cute!

  • Really nice!

  • Also the other one ;-)
