  • These are very good mixers, Ministry had one in their booth from arround 1991 to 2004 and it was same with the Urei 1620 they had. But seriously you are not meant to have it's channel slides set to max! It works almost same as the Urei cos you don't have a gain knob, it will sound better not in the red and you will get better SNR. Having it's fader fully open is basicaly having it's gain at max...Man Mark Spoon was a legend! RIP
