I dunno, she looks... disproportional... And her neck makes her look like she doesn't have one. No offence intended, just giving you some feedback, which is important for an artists growth. Also, you should give her a blinking animation.

The attempt at an accurate facial design was so close, but so far. Nice atempt though. ALso, her clothing passes into and through the model at points. Try more sub-divs.
