The Crow marked the beginning of the rise of soundtracks. The Crow sdtk topped the charts for a really long time after the release of the film. Plus it gained a huge cult following soon after. This was an incredible movie for 1994. There had been nothing like it. I was 12 when it came out. It pretty much defined my adolescence.

See what you don't understand is that the Crow was a revolutionary film for the genre, as well as bringing the issues of the supernatural, and the gritty reality of life & death at the heart of the movie to the mainstream. Not to mention the unusual and controversial untimely death of a rising action movie star, and how well the movie reflected and inspired the general mood and attitude of many young people at the time. The Crow also seemed to mark a major rebirth for the goth subculture.

This is one of the best Crow clips out there. The Vid includes more aspects of the movie then most, and its sinked up very well with After the Flesh. The only scene I was hoping to see is the controversial Trent Rezner stage diving scene (weither or not it's him). The song is what originally turned me onto Industrial Techno; happy with the song selection. I took this song to a farming area in Manitoba Canada in the 90's and they got into it, had me play it over and over.
