  • I'm sure you don't have a wife or something cause that thing is huge and she's gonna nag non-stop...

  • U need to put a dehumidifier in the loop. That would sort out ur condensation problems

P.s. This is youtube- where u post videos not pictures slideshow!

  • TIME TO OVERCLOCK 6 TIMES OVERLAPPING. PC WILL BECOME SLIGHTLY WARM.

  • damn now that is what you call cooling system, lol

  • damn...i thought bout' it...and u implemented it..!!

  • when u want lower temps u shouldn't use the intel CRAP boxed cooler

  • Comment removed

  • you have stolen my idea

  • jesus christ get a cable tie or something

  • 35degree. Is normal =.=

  • Hey dude, what about the noise?

  • This reminds me of my pc, cable disaster and shitty heatsink.

  • Holy shit.

  • id put some hugeass humidity meter there to avoid burning things

  • looks good, nice temp results. few suggestions though

water only condenses inside your a/c unit not ur pc. so this fact ctually keeps the air inside your pc drier.

Buy a fox-2 pci(62cfm) exhaust fan to remove excess heat from you gfx card as you can mount this dirrectly below.

Air con works better in a recirculation mode so it would be better to exhaust your pccase back to the aircon intake and make ur case more airtight except 4 pci exhaust fan and cpu exhuast fan(harder to make)

  • its a mini computer frig u can store cold drinks =P

  • why do you need case fans????????

  • Your room has 2 be hot... lol

  • lolz~ when i saw your cables, i fell off my chair~

go clear that mess up and you can drop maybe 5deg C~

my prime95 stress test runs at 34C max load testing 560000 10k length for 2hours~ :D

pure air cooling with ambience temp of 28C~

  • lol i have a 3ghz dual core athlon and it runs on 19°C idle^^

  • 1. organize your wires or get a psu that is good with sleeved cables.

    2. get a new heatsink

you will be able to achieve lower temps that way. maybe even 0c.

nice temps but you overlooked the obvious

  • thry and rearange the cables for better airflow

  • I bought a water cooler to my cpu and now its never too hot. Always under 50 degrees

  • lol, nice temps but if you want better cooling simply get a new CPU cooler. The stock one is shite.

  • @phys1cxXx lolnub.

  • lol roflmao

  • Why not use one of those small refrigerators as a computer case? You just need to seal the components from the humidity.

  • Or a anti frost fridge (small humidity)

  • That's easier said than done.

  • Refrigerators are not meant fo rthat kind of duty cycle. They are designed to function long enough to drop a temp and then rest.. Whatever you put in a frige has no energy signature and does not generate heat by itself. So the fridge is fine. The computer would generate enough heat to ensure the fridge would NEVER be able to shut off and rest. The fridge would die. Trust me, i build one 7 years ago...check out my vids and see my other methods if your curious.

  • hell ya i got 2 a/c units just lying around im gonna try it

  • lol nice one, but isnt watercooling much cheaper? :D

  • in actuality..its not, if you have a window unit AC already in your room, you can buy 30 dollars of duct and run it right into your tower case...and stick with Air cooling...even the crappiest stock cooler would be fine using a window unit.

Any questions feel free to check some of my videos. I have a few up that are demonstrating this.

  • Thats such a stupid thing to do...you may as well pack ur case with ice cubes

  • isnt it producing condensation?

  • No it does not produce condensation on the PC components. AC units act as a dehumidifier also, check out my videos as well you will see its a very efficient way to protect Electrolytic capacitors from heat, extending your motherboards life.

many servers are in harshly air conditioned rooms to the point of refrigeration temperatures.

  • nice one but idle temps dont mean shit :)

  • I have a small fan on top of my bro's CRT screen since it over-heats, and the computer has problems with the over-heating. I might buy an air duct, and a box to cover 50%* of the 1970s fan that I have in my room

*25% for my computer, other for my brother's machine since another fan stalled out.

  • lol i do this, but i only have the air conditioner next to me so it cools both the comp and me

  • all fun until condensation happends

  • the AC has a function that prevents condensation and dust to be exhausted in the air that it is produced

  • Condensation inside the PC will never happen in this setup.

  • lawl, of course he needs an a/c unit cuz look at that clutter! air flow would suck balls without that a/c add on. And yes vertig is right, the condensation will eventually cause damage to the components.

  • well nice idea BUT - Condensation will KILL YOUR SYSTEM! BOOM or just PSHHHHSHSHHS (smoke) lol! well I don't even think that cpu can operate on 5-7c range....it needs like minimum 19 or something....(well depends on cpu)

  • Insanity at it's best. I love the idea. I might try it.

  • u have unreal oc u pc which demands such serious cooling. OC maniac :DDDDD

  • Just connect your vacumcleaner to it :D

  • damn nice cable management :P

  • @lordvonjon i forgot to take my sarcasm pill this morning too.

  • ya good pc the condensation is a thing :D xD

  • only one problem condensation

  • dont forget that air conditioning also produces water vapor which can harm your computer components.

  • @aceacebuff Thank yuou...my at work-pc is slow.So fucking slow...as slow as I am...

  • @aceacebuff It produces condensation on the evaporator coils but the air it produces is dry.

  • @x65535x +1 correct. but yeah like the guy says, bet his case got wet like a coke can out the fridge on the outside lol.

for cable management that bad and your shitty stock intel heatsink you pretty much need an aircon to call that piece of crap anyhow.

  • @aceacebuff i think he do the noobs idea lol. why he not think that then?

  • @aceacebuff Air conditioning does not produce water vapour. It condenses existing water vapour in the air into liquid water onto the evaporator coil.

  • @KompulsaOfficial ever been in a motel and seen beads of water dripping off the air conditioner? i know i have.

  • @bennytobe Yes, that is directly from the evaporator. Water vapour in the air condenses on the evaporator because it is freezing cold, not on the computer parts. Notice how there is not condensation inside the motel rooms? This is why.

  • hahaha. i thought about doing this my self

  • The Vid in not loading!!

  • is it possible to run a liquid cooled system having the radiator sitting in a fridge or freezer yet somehow keep condensation out?

  • yea you'll just need a pump capable of pushing fluids that distance. a pump with to low of GpM may have trouble getting the amount of fluid you need past the heatsinks.

  • i have all industrial grade equipment 2 pumps wit half inch inlet and outlets they pump like ridiculous

  • then you ought to be fine.

Make sure your Radiators have the proper exchange rate to match your pumps (not to restrictive) and put a Super Dank fan on it.

post video if you ever do it :)

  • CrispyKream my friend you have inspired me to go further with the AC method, i ditched the portable AC unit and went to a window unit like you have used here. The portable unit generated HEAT inside my room. utilizing the window unit i cool my room at the same time and super cooling my PC. and 100 % dust free cooling due to a 3 stage filter system. i have zero condensation on the computer and the only condensation that forms is on the first 2 or 3 feet of duct work..and a bucket catches the drip

  • I've tried this with an old ac unit, i picked up the parts @ Home Depot pretty cheap.

    The results are:

    1. No condensation on the inside, but some on the outside. As long as inside never gets wet...no big deal.

    2. Minimized noise, by putting the ac unit in my closet, and run the duct to the pc. Besides, i only turn ac on when i'm gaming.

4 Overclocked a little, and since heat Games run with no errors, and no lag.

  • errr noise level?

  • throw the air-conditioner outside and no probs

  • ROFL nice straight answer.

  • Not going to be good when the AC dries the air out and you have a big static problem inside the machine.

  • How do you deal with Condensation?

  • rofl! i was going to do this like putting the CPU case in home made Glass BOX with cheaper Portable Aircon Inside it...by the way does this thing running? xD

  • lol

  • LOLOL YOU WON!

  • air conditioning ? crazy bastard lol, cool idea but not needed. just sort that cable web out, get some big silent intakes an exhousts an stick a liquid cooling system in an your all good :) im not 100% but im led to believe your cpu also has a min temp so 5-7c may not be a good ideah as you need to find a good middle ground with optimum temp, 35c gpu idle is good as my 8800gs xfx alpha dog sits at 41c idle 57-61c maxed after oc. new comp on the way tho :) gz on the crazy shit

  • thats awesome dude!!!!!!!!

  • Try with a watercooling-kit it`s better...

    That`s laud men!!!

    And it looks crazy

  • That's pimpin dude.

Use Riva Tuner and boot strap your Nvidia driver to run that 8800's Fan at 100% work load at the time. Dropped 12 degrees off my video card temps.

  • you are sick, men :D

  • thats awesome dude!

  • cool but holy fuck that was a mess

  • As long as the room doesnt have high humidity it will not condence.

  • I doubt he will get condensation.

  • i thought about that but CONDENSATION key word will fuck your shit up!! i wouldnt use that without some type of filter. i like it thought probaly will keep it artic cold

  • Yes its cold. But dude, CONDENSATION!

    Don't be dumb, pc+H2O=Deadness.

BUY A CPU COOLER! Its probably cheaper easier and wont kill computer.

If it works nice job your my hero,

If it breaks, I told you so.

  • do you want to overclock the cpu?

1º download cpu-z and say me your cpu fsb and multiplyer then i need you need th model of the cpu and a good mobo wich motherboard you have?

then you go to the bios>advanced> ajust the cpu fsb and the vcore p.s you can have lower temps with OC like me i have my E8400 3.0GHZ > 4GHz ate 38 in Idle and 50 in full load

just puz the loest vcore you can

  • what about condonsation sorry cant spell it lol

  • oh gawd, condensation city, watch them chips fry XD

  • thats the way to do it

  • Wow! Thats a real CPU cooling system! compare to all those Water cooling thermal cooling ewe... hahhahahaha LOL!

  • Dude that is brilliant!!!

  • ahahahh ohhh yeah!

  • wah..You really bedovy

  • ahhahaha lol

  • holy shit its on life support?

  • lol :P

  • funny stuff

  • condensation will be a major factor in that setup.

  • Why not use watercooling and use a few radiators stuck to the outlet of the AC unit and a few RADIATORS (NOT waterblocks) to cool the air inside the case. Happy modding :)

  • Water cooling still allows "hot spots" on the motherboard. Just like conventional cooling and with overclocking can produce an unstable system. That is why submerged systems can actually run MUCH hotter and still remain stable.

Also if you were to use 35 degree air to cool the water, the water would become so cold, that VS the ambient temp inside your case, your waterblock would develop condensation...and trust me i have experimented for years..i know this will happen....all too well LOL

  • so if there is any condensation happening it would be on the outside of the case rite?

  • Thats what happened when I use to run the ac mod.

  • whats the ac mod?

  • tidy those cables up!!!

  • Put the PC outside the windows during winter time to save more energy.

  • 5-7 C is like 30degrees stop lieing. ur getting around 20-35C

  • dude, when ur pumping 35f air in there stuff thend to get cold.

  • when you find water from condensation inside your case what do you do?

  • Condensation occurs when something is colder than ambient air. The whole inside of the case is cold, so there is nothing inside colder than the ambient. Therefor no condensation. That and the AC unit acts like a dehumidifier aswell. It's a good idea but dayum, it needs a whole ac unit and a huge tube lol. Madness indeed.

  • lol now thats something you dn't see every day XD

  • Why not try WaterCooling, or work on your cable management? Get those cables bundled up and then try your standard air cooling. You'll notice a sudden drop in temps.

  • Water cooling cannot reduce your temps below that of ambient air temperature.

    This can.

The next step is using a more specifically built version of this to bring your CPU literally down to sub zero temps. You can OC a cpu by ridiculous amounts that way, but you have to build it to factor in condensation around the CPU.

  • nice I was experiancing high cpu temps due to it being summer here and overclocked. I got me an air con unit for my room and watched my temps drop hard. The unit is like 3 metres away from the pc and drastically imroves cooling. If you want cooling for your pc get air con.

This seems a little extreme though lol.

  • I think it would be more effective if you'ld directly lead the air (to the cpu).

because in this situation the pressure of the air anticipates the unhindered airflow which is comming out of the cpu cooler.

so if you'ld put a cone on the cpu cooler(to increase the airpressure on the cpu cooler) it would be more effective.

it's difficult to explain but i hope you understand that

  • could u make a video to show how loud it is?

  • cool but looks like shit

  • agreed

  • I just had the same idea and decided to google it

    GREAT

  • You did all this but still didn't upgrade for a better HS than the stock intel one :P ?

  • OLAWD

  • ahahahaha niiiiiiiice

  • brilliant, I have a ventilation system setup through the home, but i need to get that tube like substance somewhere, but first i want to try modding my case to work as reverse atx.

  • I am wondering...is it possible that the air coming out of the unit contains humidity?

Also, the rapid change in temperature from hot components to being blown on by cool air can produce humidity as well. Have you had any problems at all with this setup?

  • I have not used my ac/pc cooler in a while, but when I did use it i had no problems. The only thing i noticed is when I turned the ac on the lowest temp seting there was some condensation on the outside of the vent leading in, but not on the inside of the vent or the tower.

  • even for saftey purposes ucan put in them filters/sponges that absorbs air moisture

  • haha...you are the winner!

  • This is a very good way to cool down a PC. The duct that you have here is great. Attaching this to a window unit and then into your PC would be a VERY effective cooling solution. I know because i have done this before, i just didnt have the AC on the floor. It also cooled my Room in the process.

  • this seems a little bit retarted

first,Without dehumidifing the air before the air conditioner blows it into the computer and puting a one way airlock that only allows air out on the exhaust ports, Your risking shorting out your compoenets due to condensation

    Second-huge waste of electricty.

Third-why not just use liquid nitrogen

hard to find but kinda cheap keeps it5 really cool(-196 degrees F) and no electricty

  • i wish people would use metric !!! :|

  • sorry that we're too "americanized" =(

  • well , they say if its not broke dont fix it , but metric is easier to use as a standard

  • yea im trying to teach myself this metric stuff... the USA always has to be sooooo independent...

  • well if the a/c unit was in a window for outside exhaust, this would rock! Huge waste of electricity? please... electricity consumption is not something you take into account when moddin a pc. i say it looks AWESOME, get a longer duct, put that a/c unit in a window and you'll be rockin, but yea, be prepared to spend a little more on your electric bill XD

  • An air conditioner already dehumidifies the air. A dehumidifier is basically an air conditioning unit that does not exhaust the heated air from the condenser.

  • nah better put ur pc into your mother's freezer ..

  • nah better put ur pc into your mother's freezer ..

  • Useing a AC to cool the computer case "good"!Yes i cold air may olde Alien Ware.Coldair will improve the games FPS yes good yes "goooooooooooooooooooooood"!!!!!!!!!

  • did you fry your motherboard yet?

  • No, but I have not used it in a while, it makes alot of noise.

  • ahahahah. fuck that is funny

  • Thats a really Bad idea, Without dehumidifing the air befor the air conditioner. And puting a one way airlock that only allows air out on the exhaust ports, Your risking shorting out your compoenets due to condensation. In worse case blow the transformer in the PSU.

Only safe way to do this is useing a lowpowered AC and keeping it from dropping below the point of risking condensation, OR in humidity free enviroment

  • Ya I worried about this to when I tryed it. I only use it when I'm doing 3d mark and what not, right now I'm just using a side panel with a fan since my 8800 gtx can run every thing i play just fine.

  • cool man youre fuckin funny jajaja

  • how much cooler did it run at like tp of the cpu and gpu ?

  • AHAHAAHAH BEAUTIGUL!!!

  • thats cool, but it took up half the space in your room, i have almost the same thing but its being cooled with a fridge compressor XD

  • wherd ur 8600gt go??

  • Using it to build a comp for my brother.

  • Lol, you crack me up... Air conditioning... sheesh. Great temps though, wow.

  • Hehe, ya i thought it was funny, but for $80 dollars its very affordable and easy to install. It is sort of noisy, but guess what, I just put it down the hall LOL.

One note, if you try this do not put the cooling all the way up or you will freeze the air filter or w/e and circulation sucks.

  • yes it is affordable but how about the power consumption.
