without any disrespect intended here, tech will move very quickly now & as we venture in2 space, isn't it time the planet stop dividing continents, different color of race, WE ARE ALL HUMAN.When we do finally meet ET with superior tech, it wont b "im from America or Asia" it ll be "planet Earth".b4 he blows us out of existence 4 our attitude have a look how he got there.,this technology could b used 2 better ourselves, but were 2 busy fighting about who's got the bigger dick and where its from!!!
I didn't get to see any 3D-related effect from this video. Normally the 2D-cameraman would at least walk around to show the 3D-stuff there is actually matching his motion... This now just looks kind of like a standard screen behind glass...
just looks like an ordinary light projection to me onto the back wall, but even if it was a 3d hologram, why is it in a box with viewing from only one direction? o_-
(also love it when that dude taps the glass like a fool XD)
why is japan/korea/china so more advanced that the usa? because they dont spend time on petty wars and have uneducated people who only want money. our money sytem is fucked up, and we only want more :/ and i love the way some people just walk by like they have seen it so many times before
@yokis12345 Also, said countries have a better market for such products. In US, practicality and performance in market are few of the many barriers to getting these innovative products out to people. Often times in said countries, people are very - and I mean very - welcoming to new technological ideas, whether or not it's practical. What I mean is, "cool"-factor sells over there.
@avalance341 - NOthing is impossible!!!! sum1 said b4 people cant fly after a freaking 50 or watever years they build planes!!!! nows its possible to fly!!!!
Well ... i cant imagine how would they film a movie to watch it from any direction ... i think you will need to watch in like 5 times to see the whole scenes. + they will need to refilm 1 part like 7 times longer than usual from different angles .... well ... the only things you will be able to watch are computer programmed movies and cartoons, because it surely seem impossible to make a movie
@snelpiller 50 years ago s.korea was a 3rd world pile of rice paddies. they have tech because the americans GAVE it to them, asians did NOT the invent silicon chip. american companies pump absurd amounts of bling into developing the latest state of the art silicon transistors, much more so that any korean company.
@liquididity0101 It doesn't matter what it was, the importance is what they have become. The US is not populated by red skin indians, neither by english or french people, they're an amalgam of cultures, and there will come the time when we'll all be part of the cosmical race.
thats not progress thats just a angled glass panals and projectors. That technologie has been used for 50+ years, it is not a "hologram" (by definition of the word) despite what grainandpixel claims on there engrish site. And yes we do have volumetric display's however there not exactly afforable on the consumer level.
@Lokivoid I know. That technology has been around much longer than that if you count the smoke and mirror seances from the 1800's which is exact same principle. But my comment was not directed at the contents of this video as it was intended to be a vague blanket statement about American capitalism and its resistance to innovation, ( even if the innovation is just a new spin on an old idea)
this is not a hologram, this is fake hologram. A real hologram is not hidden in a box, if I cant run my hand through it or see others interacting with it or running their hands through it, im not convinced its a real hologram. This is a projector image on a concave screen, not a hologram.
Soon enough we'll have holographic TV's. I bet the technologies been advanced enough to do it for a long time they're just withholding it because it has lots of military potential.
take a screen, put a big piece of plexiglas in a 45 degree angel onto it, let the people watch in the plexiglas panel reflecting the light of the screen, and don't let them see the screen. tahts all can be done for few bucks...
