I'm a rider too... he didn't hit a bump. Look at the video again. its the freshly painted dividing road line. Those lines are extremely slick if they get even the littlest drop of wet on them...or spit...or someones water from their bottle. Look at the angle of the bike...just before the turn.

@creativeannie1 I think you're right about the line. The are slippery in the wet, but even in the dry they sometimes have a raised edge, if you catch that at the wrong angle you're in trouble. You can see Jens' front wheel track along the edge of the centre line for a little bit as he's leaning into the corner, then he comes down.
