You see, Detroit helped build and preserve America. It all began with Henry Ford, the Dodge Brothers, the Fisher Brothers, Walter Chrysler... all self-made men. Soon thereafter WWI began and Detroit stepped up. And then came WWII and Detroit stepped up again. While Toyota, Honda, BMW and Mercedes were making tanks and airplanes for our enemies, GM, FORD AND CHRYSLER were making tanks and airplanes for the USA. That's who we are, that is our story and it cannot be knocked out with one punch!

Wake up scooter, Ali is a draft dodger, Willy does not pay his taxes and as for the over paid actors (who are the first to undermine this great nation) they are useless. The only reason they appear on your specials is to further their own careers and feed their out of control ego's.

Let's hear for Muhammad; Parkinson's Disease raviging his once powerful body and he is there for America!!!!!! And let's here it for all those other celebrities!!!!! Some of them even appeared on more than one show/special during the dark days after Sept. 11th. God Bless them all!!!!!!!!

@craftmasters1 i can't say you're wrong because i don't know. but i know that poeple like stevie wonder, mariah carey are there for the right reasons... as a TRIBUTE TO HEROES and not to "further their careers".
