my taekwondo instructor measured his kick and it was 500++kg force but his best kick,540 back hoop,bren foster hit 1 ton of force with a jumping turning kick and he was'nt really serious,i want him as my instructor! >O<!

This guy is actually lethal. The time it takes you to see a red light turn green is all the time he needs to see the green light and kick you. That and he has the hardest kick in  all of the different martial arts.

Shirt off and arrogance kind of ruined it for me. Not really in the spirit of Taekwondo... the kicks at 1.10 were awesome, but i have seen much better weapondary in the wushu style martial art (kung fu).

This would be very informative to the Nat'l Geographic channel if they actually went to either the Kukkiwon or the headquarters of the ITF to see what real TKD is instead of seeing all this XMA-type stuff.
