Looks more like Ringo to me than Peter Tork! But actually I think its Greg George originally from 1964 The Tribute. Sometimes he plays with other Beatles tribute bands like Beatlemania, and others. I can't think of them all.

The MopTops came to San Diego, CA several times during the Mid 90's. I belonged to a Beatle Fan Club called "Come Together" The Club sponsored BeatleFairs which was a special event for Beatles Fans. I've even met The Fab Four "Ardy,Ron, Mike & Rolo" I displayed my Beatles memorabilia and my collection of Beatle guitars. I happen to be a musician and can play Beatle tunes.

It was backstage at Humphries By The Bay Concert in 1995 in San Diego, CA. His All Starr Band included Gary Brooker of Procul Harem, Peter Frampton, Jack Bruce of Cream, Sheena Easton and a few more.
