1) The developers(IW in particular) just don't give a shit about their fans. Activision is all about finding a hit game and pumping it out as often as it can with as little improvement as it can(like GH, for another example). 3arc is alright because David V is trying his best though.

2) It's ruining the FPS genre. Encouraging camping and other bad habits, rewarding bad players, and making huge $ because of it. Fuck CoD.

Theres not much room for improovement untill the next gen comes out, They have maxed out the consoles, And they reward good players allot more, they have death streaks to make it so people can get back into the game quicker.

@2013Epsilon Yes, but CoD encourages camping more than just about any game I've ever known. With tons of intentionally placed headglitching spots, low health, and characters that blend in. Even a perk that makes the red name above your head disappear. Claymores, bouncing betties, and IMS's...

Death streaks are a horrible idea. As are martyrdom and last stand. They intentionally lower the skill ceiling of the game to make it easy for new players to get into but punishes experienced players.

@PaperRayman meh, i was set off by the incredibly short campaign, as opposed to mw1's meaty and lengthy campaign.also, i just felt like the multiplayer has become (in my opinion--you can have your own) a cheapfest, with overpowered weapons and cheap maneuvers and an all too easy way to camp. that's just my experience. don't hate on me for my belief lol
