yea she is great, but i dont think its the tuning part, yeah it probly does need to be tuned, but i think she needs a better guitar. that one looks like she got it at toys r us, no effense, maybe you should try looking at takamine guitars? they are about $200 and they are still very very good! jasmines are quite nice looking and have an astonishing sound for a 200 buck guitar! keep it up!
