Dwarf Cannon quest has to be completed first. Also after the quest you can buy the cannot from dwarves.

Hmmmmmm. Wouldn't it be preferable to set up your cannon, then go over to the runts where you'll barely ever be hit and attack them? That way you can literally be killing 5 trolls at once, taking little damage, refilling cannon when needed.

to be honest this isnt the best method. Go to the northeast island, wear prayer top and bottom (monks robes or proselyte/initiate will work) Bring prayer pots, bunyip/unicorn stallion, super sets, and a few sharks. Much faster method. (dont forget fremmy shield)

I tried that location too and didn't like it for two reasons:

1. drops were not as good. For some reason trolls there would not drop addi helms for me.

2. You have to pray there and spend prayer pots.

your method is a decent conservative one if you are a low-mid level and cant afford to take a few losses. I'm level 133 and I use unicorn stallion and i cannon my troll slayer tasks there. But if you're aiming for fast xp then definitely go for my method.

It is a different method. In my case I don't spend prayer pots and I am closer to the bank. But both ways are pretty good in my opinion.

Do what you are doing on the island north of jatizso, its much more effective. Take many pray pots and just atack the thrower trolls. This way you will get many more drops and longer trips

I think you can just go there. Maybe you need to start the quest though. I know for a fact that you don't need to complete the quest in order to use get access there.

The cannon gives 2 exp for every 1 damage hit. However it is alot faster and the overall exp rates per hour are normall higher when using the cannon.

lol i did this for 2 hours today and i brought 100 alches wit me and 15 p pots n 2 super set n rest sharks i stayed in non multi area and the 15 p pots lasted me for an hour cuz i didnt use protect preyers most time my stats are 70 atk.78str.64def.79hp. i got 4 rune kite. i granite shield.6 ady helms.10 rune axe.2 rune warhammer. 1 addy warhammer.1 mith warhammer. total money is 288k n wit money i spent on p pots i made 192k pretty good for training at same time =D
