Nah, it's from one of the creepiest parts of the first game.

Early on, you find the dogkeeper's journal, talking about daily life at the mansion and then the accident. After that, he talks about getting hungry and his skin starting to rot as the writing gets less and less coherent and finally ends with "Itchy Tasty," right before the guy busts out of a closet immediately behind you and tries to eat you.
