Absolutely love this tutorial, I'm using it all the time now.

But I have a little problem: I have a picture where the model has freckles and we absolutely want to keep them (because they're cute!) Do you have any tricks how to clear the skin AND still keep the freckles?

I'd say that your tutorials are the most useful I've seen around. I even got around using the pen tool after watching your tutorial on the subject.
