@pokewho The new Super Smash Bros Strife has been announced and it will be for nintendo 3DS and the new Wii U. I am also a huge bomberman fan since i was 7 years old and im 14 right now. I think there is a show about bomberman i think i heard, but im not sure the name of it. Bomberman is a posabillity in the new Super smash Strife. And also if you have a nintendo 64 there are 3 bomberman games that are pretty epic: Bomberman 64, Bomberman the second attack, and Bomberman hero.

Konami did it, and Nintendo asked SEGA for Sonic as he won the "Most wanted 3rd Party Character" contest. Capcom didn't realize they had to ask, and Hudson... I guess didn't ask.

Bomberman would be cool!!! he would shoot bombs and stuff. he could special jump by turning himself into flying bomber like in bomberman hero. ummm......Theres no point to having him!Hello!!!He's a kid with a bomb bag! Without it,he would die in a snap. And besides,even if hedid have other abilitys he would still hit a maximum of 10% for like 4 hits. His bombs are probably 1% damage which you wouldnt be able to get the final smash because it requires 100% damage so thats 100 bombs=sweaty hands. Just because a character is added, doesn't mean all they have is moves from their actual games. They can have variations or new moves. Also, a giant bomb would actually work. Giant Jigglypuff. Where the hell do you fit that? Oh right, it's a GAME. It's not the real world. Also, damage percentages can be changed to make sure he's not to weak or too strong.

@Podifo Oh to the contrary. Yes you can. Look up PSA movesets as well as model hacks. There are some that are already full blown characters. Like Ichigo from Bleach and Kid Goku from Dragon Ball. Hacking this game is completely open ended and in a decent amount of time, someone could make a fully functional Bomberman with his own Moveset. SOURCES: smashboards and AllisBrawl

@djmiles099 I think Snake was put in the game because one of the creators of the game really wanted him to be in it. It was originally going to be in Melee, but the idea had been thought about after the character list had already been decided, so they must have decided to put him in Brawl instead.

His moves could be awesome:

Triple Jump: Like Pikmin, toss a chain of bombs in the air, and if it hits enemies you jump higher and they take damage.

B button: Sets down a bomb like blows up in five seconds.

B-Over: Sends out a Skull bomb thats paralyzes enemies and gives them 20 damage

B-Down: Sets down a sensor that blows up when people cross it

Final Smash: Sets out an array of bombs (all kinds) that causes detrimental damage to contestants

A Moves: Bomb Punches and kicks, grab same
