  • You can actually catch AIDS if there are traces of blood in the saliva.

  • good topic

  • 1st, love the show.

Second, After watching the first 3 min, I started crying.

Here's why: NO i dont have AIDS/HIV . I DO have severe atopic dermatitis. Once I told MY friends a few yrs back, it was never the same. Nobody wanted to touch me or anything. They acted like it was contagious or something, when it's not. They stared at me like i was some ugly creature. It only made me feel worse than I already felt. Watching you guys made me wish that I had friends like you guys. Ones who didnt care

  • Good video guys, smoochesss

  • You CAN contract HIV from saliva!!!! If you have HIV && I have a sore && you kiss me,, THERE IS ABOUT A 65%CHANCE YOU WILL GET IT!!

  • no you can't

  • i agree children should be taught at an early age. i never talked about stuff like that with my parents but i went to a school where they taught us in eighth but of course we knew about it before then. if you choose to become sexually active you should always wear a condom and being cautious is sometimes necessary, not sayng you should abandon a friend because of a std because thats so wrong no one should be treated like that std or not. and there are some stds you can catch even with a condoom

  • why do you have on your coat lol.

  • You two remind me of Kenan & Kel :) i loved that show :L x

  • Nice try. Keep it up check out esteembpo + com for social media marketing. #ZIP#

  • sorry makael but in this time in which we live sex is everywhere and a misinformed person can easily get caught up in it all. ive seen ppl kissin on childrens shows n things of that nature so informing your child from a young age may be saving your childs life.ifyour 11 your going to school wit 12,13,14 yr olds, ur around older teens, theres tv they can see and hear anything its betta 4 u 2teach them then 4 them 2 learn from anotha child or even adult (who may not b properly informed themselves)

  • i dont talk bout this much but i suffer from sickle cell disease, which is a very painful blood disease. its not contagious its a genetic disorder buti am at times treated as it is. im hospitalized a lot and gothru things i wouldnt wish on anyone. ive lost friends cuz of this, friends stopped visiting me in da hospital, stopped callin n invitin me places. i didnt askr for this i dont wanna go thru this but ppl dont see itthat way. its hard and it hurts to be treated that way jus thought id share

  • thats correct doctors say you can not catch HIV through saliva, not even urine i was surprised about the pee but thats what they say.

  • if your happy and you know it whipe you ass and wash your hands yo!

Well, you should always whipe the toilet clean off before taking a shit or piss. You can still catch other deseases.

You can catch the kissing desease! You can catch herpees either way.

Its good to be clean ...

  • 1.take a deep breath

    2.think of someone u like

    3.press F10 5 times

4.send this to 5 youtube videos

    5.look at your backround

  • God you must have a huge cock Kevin. Would love to see :)

Besides that I think you've done a good job with the vid. Being friends ya cant transfer HIV.

  • If you have sex with each other you can.

Or do the blood buddies game.

  • LOL well yes but I wasn't thinking about 'that' type of friend. :)

  • Great job guys. I am astound by the sight and sound that u2 yung men r discussing this topic so comfortably. However, I do have to partially disagree with u Makel. Safe sex, fertilization, and prenatal development, should be learned at an early age. They will kno how to prevent unwanted pregnancy & STIs once they become sexually active. Once more thanx for spreading the word About HIV/AIDS. It is a rapidly increasing pandemic that can be reduced if more ppl become educated and take action.

  • 3:57 roflmao...dude in red hat, u might not want to announce to the ladies that you havent seen an extra large condom before..oh i laughted till my ribs hurt at ur reaction to seeing that condom...good stuff boys

  • Since AIDS is an autoimmune disease, YOUR germs are more dangerous to them. It's extremely dfficult to catch so the greatest risk is for the infected person. Shunning someone with AIDS is just ignorant.

  • amen, people need to get educated about hiv/aids instead of being retarded assholes. my brother had hiv for 14 years...know what he died from? brain cancer. nuttin to do with his hiv yet people just assumed he died from it. so thank u for ur wonderful comment on this subject, u know ur shit!

  • According to researcher, even if you injested an ocean full of saliva, it would be only a small chance of transmitting the disease.

  • Comment removed

  • wow im addicted to you guy's show. you guys seriously need to work on being radio personalities . i would always tune in :) keep doin ya thing.

  • you shouldnt be tellin nobody you aint never seen a king sized condom makael, you tellin on yourself, lol

  • It is important to educate yourself on the disease, the ways to catch the disease and the way to treat people who have the disease. I found out one of my siblings was battling with H.I.V. and when I found out, I was hurt, but this is my sibling and I'm a child of God with faith, I knew that God would take care of him and love him and I continued to treat him the same.

  • well you do have to be cautious to be able to protect yourself,

  • Good topic guys, I agree with both y'all. I teach my kids from 3 about their privates. Bath time I would hand the rag 2them & they wash their privates, by 7-8 I was a bit more detailing with them, & by 10 they knew it all. Children should be thought sex as early as possible with descretion. A 8yr old in India is a mother, she mature real early & fooled around with her cousin & became pregnant. I also use myself, friends & families as example. We teach kids about STRANGERS. Often times its not.

  • Makale reminds me of Chris Rock.

  • I'm letting you all know that there are 9 and 10 year olds probably even younger out there having sex. It happens were I'm from and it happens in other places.

These kids need to know the dangers and the consequences of their actions. It works well especially if they are getting abused so they what's not right.

  • You can catch HIV from bodily fluids in general. Saliva weakly transmits it, but if that person has a cut or any open sore in their mouth, it is possible to transmit the disease.

  • I never trusted that Saliva thing because honestly if it's transmitted everywhere else what stops it from being transmitted through saliva. So I do think there is some risk even though it's not as great as all the others scenarios.

  • But I know people with HIV who kiss all the time with uninfected people...people drink off each other. What are you saying?

  • I'm saying that I agree with Fabygyrl86 when they say that it transmits weakly through saliva because some people say it doesn't transmit through saliva at all and if it's a virus that spreads through bodily fluids why not saliva?

Nothing's wrong with it cause it's not as bad as a cut or an open sore.

  • makael trust and believe that some 9 year olds are havin sex-my friend and I have seen a 9 year old and her 16 year old boyfriend at the free clinic-its horrible but shit happens

  • These kids now days are very different then you were when you were growing up. when I was in middle school I knew plenty of girls my age that were having sex in the bathrooms of the schools and all kinds of crazy things. im only 20 and if they were doing then i know they doing all kinds of crazy stuff now. I also know plenty of girls that are only 20 or 21 that have 8 or 9 year olds. you do the math. if they were educated they would not have kids now like i was.

  • Man this NEW generation is a mess!!!They're not like us when we where 9 or 10 and we thought that kissing and holding hands where something NO they are doing it BIG!!!You have to teach them at 10 now of days!!!!

  • people's reactions are based on how much knowledge they have...

and everything happens for a reason, you could really find out who's real and will always have your back in the end

  • Oh yes there are 9 and 10 year olds having sex....Makael what world you lving in. Some of em brag about it too. They do need to be educated...I got my education about sex in the 4th grade and I was very grateful for that...saved my life, pretty much

  • GREAT SUBJECT

  • I agree Kevin. Its not being cautious most ppl are pure uneducated when it comes to HIV & AIDS. A lot of people have no clue about HIV & AIDS but ready to run or move away from a person that has it. Like you said unless you're sleeping with the person or sharing needles, straching them or some shit like that; theres nothing to worry about.

  • you guys should discuss magic jojnson and him having hiv because there has been rumors for years that he was lying about his disease. i personlly dont think that he lied about it for sympathy. just something i would like u guys to talk about. ps :another great vid very informative.

  • If your sexually active you should get tested. If someone is a true friend then you should be there with a friend no matter what. That is why I don't have sex, to complicated. I'm only having sex with the number 1 person in my life.

  • i support and encourage sex ed at a "young" age... between 8-10 years of age. educating and informing children about their bodies will help them to make informed decisions and potentially avoid the trial and error method of figuring things out. if nothing else it will help them to realize when there is a problem and teach them how to ask for help without being embarrassed.

  • i'm glad you guys made this video and are bringing attention to the fact that sex ed (in formal curriculum or otherwise) is lacking in this country; specifically in the black community. on average the age of first sexual encounter among blacks is lower than any other ethnic group in the u.s. (black boys first sexual intercourse = 12yo, and black girls = 13yo). coincidentally (or not) the highest rate of STD infection including HIV is in blacks.

  • I know this is a big "if" but If someone has sores in their mouth or their gums are bleeding which sometimes you cant tell you can then get HIV OR AIDS from salivia.

  • Great video and topic

  • when i used to go to gays clubs with my uncle, i noticed that condoms where also in bowls or somewhere in the open but at straight clubs, they never pass out condoms or even have them laying around. i wonder why that is? umm well anyway i enjoyed this video.

i think when some people have family members with hiv/aids its easier for them to at tiems deals with hiv/aids if a friend come to them and tell them.

now i said some not all because there are STILL IGNORANT PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD.

  • I would want to know if i had hiv/aids. and any one of my friends told me that they have it, id be the same person i was when i didnt know. I tell my friends all the time that no matter what im there for them. i let my friends know that all time. and in the black community its taboo, when people get infected with hiv/aids. some people want to push it to the back burner and act as though its nothing,

  • This was one of y'all best shows.... Thank you for educated people on this...

  • teaching your child about sex comes at time when you as a parent or guardian thinks your child is mature enough to handle the details about sex.

  • I was schooled on Sex by my parents when i was 6 LOL. Its very important to discuss these issues so your children are educated when that time comes that they may want to have sex =)

  • I am so glad that you'll did this video. This topic is very important in all communities.

  • Another thing you have to remember is the virus isnt spread every time someone who is infected has unprotected sex. HIV is an EXTREMELY hard virus to pass on being the ways it is transmitted.... BUT REMEMBER HIV IS A PREVENTABLE DISEASE SIMPLY JUST PUT ON A CONDOM!!!

  • I have to say its not hard having a friend with the disease. I say that being that African Amerincans make up 46% of ppl infected with the disease. Being that we are nearly half the ppl with the disease and only make up 12% of the nations population its easily to say EVERYONE is either INFECTED or AFFECTED in some type of way. The stories about ppl that committ suicide after finding out their status I would venture out and say they might not have a network that they need.

  • Makael good to see you I love the skorpion show

  • " Hey you there" Hehe. I would still be a friend but I would only be very cautious around them if I was their sex partner

  • Young people need to be taught protection not abstinence. Saying "Don't have sex" isn't going to stop them, you gotta tell them.."protect yourself or THIS can happen"

  • I met a woman last year who had HIV, and just before new years I heard that she had passed away. I felt really sad because she had a life, a man, and everything.

Did you see that episode of Girlfriends where they have a friend who has HIV and some of them are too scared to be close to her or hug her. I thought that was very well interpretated because that's how alot of people feel because they don't have the knowledge to know better. It's a subject that just can't get enough attention imo.

  • Ok yall there needs to be a part 2. It was getting good!!!! I also agree that you should teach a child at an early age!!!

  • it's hard to have a friend who has HIV.

I had one, even if u still want to be friend, they don't want it... they become really different.... with friends, family, everybody...

She finaly killed herself...it's hard...she didn't want anybody around her, she didn't want anything

  • sorry to hear that about ur friend

  • Thank you...

  • Nice video, keep up the good work...

  • lol
