I hate to say it, but narusaku has been on the downfall. :( ever since chapter 437 narusaku has floated into space, forgotten, its chances of sirvival dropped. we narusaku fans still hope, but the limelight has been taken away from these two for now. we will just have to wait and see what kishimoto decides for their fate. me, not being a particular supporter of any pairing, will support any choice made.
