@saibat3 well for that all u need to do is just change the extension of the rar file .rar with .ipsw and you are done you can find option to view the extension under organize option under my computer folder option and uncheck hide extension for the known file types and ...... voila .... u r all done

still aint workin bro ibooty still wont work I've done your tut over and over after the second time snowbreeze wont accept the ispw whatever that phrase is and have to delete run cc cleaner then download again only to have ibooyt 2.2 fail and i have to restore back to stock 4.3 its ibooty that crashes the ipod touch because it will load the ispw but then cydia wont work then when i use the provided ibooty it still locks up at apple screen.Cant wait to get it right just dont give up on us.

Incase any of you didnt know. The version of Sn0wbreeze at the moment works on version 4.3 and it is a TETHERED JAILBREAK . this means, that the only way to boot/start up your device, is to run iBooty and follow the instructions, hence why it is called iBooty

EverythingApplePro, I honestly think that this semi tethered jailbreak has no use because you install installous 4, It doesen't show up. Which it won't let you install free apps. Plus you would need to reboot you're iPod so the jailbreak will be gone and be stuck at the screen of the Apple Logo.

@Reaperaxe9 all you need to do is download tinyumbrella and save your shsh then click start tss server or get ireb put your idevice into dfu and it will say your ipod is in a pwned state so try both of those and use them both at the same time because after 1600 you will get another 20 21 22 23 or 24 all the way up to 29
