The Protestants who say Antichrist will be the Pope are wrong. It will be a Muslim. Catholic were the first Christians. Jesus founded His Church on the rock Peter who was the first Pope & his bones are buried in the Vatican. Protestants broke away from the Catholic Church. We have The Shroud which is the burial cloth of Jesus in a Cathedral in Turin. Look at the way that all Christianity is being silenced in America & England. We can't pray in a public place, they want In God We Trust removed.

catholics were not the first christians. and the rock the real church was built on (NOT THE RCC) is jesus. not peter!!!! i hate when catholics say that....
the rcc adopted true christianity and mixed it with the rcc beliefs in ancient history. thats no secret, just do the research.

@csdr0 According to Wikipedia St Augustine was born in 354 to a Catholic mother named Monica and a father named Aurelius which suggests Roman ancestery and full Roman citizenship. @Pattyjo46 rules and different Biblical interpertations. I don't think a man named Augustine is the sole interperter of the Bible. Humans corrupt everything even the Bible when we try to put our will into it. And yes the leaders of all religious groups are sinners and there is no perfect religion because we the people got involved. That's why Jesus will come again because we make mistakes, we are human (not perfect)

@Pattyjo46, 1 COR. 10:4 says Christ was the rock. The Bible says Peter is "Petros" while the rock foundation ("Petra") in which Christ builds his church is Christ himself. The Bible says you cannot lay what was already laid as the rock foundation, which is Jesus Christ. Majority of the Church Fathers believed that faith in Jesus Christ as the Son of God is the "Petra" in which Christ builds his church.

Well Jesus said our bodies are the new temple, we should not defile it. So heres 1for U Dawitness. The antichrist will sit in the temple proclaiming to be God. Have u seen the popes new claim? "God is in all of us, in our dna, in our veins." The pope has power to forgive sins, claims he is God on earth. So who is in ur temple? Over 1Billion Catholics on Earth that follow the RCC commandments not counting Protestants that hang on to RCC traditions.

Wow! You error because you don't know Torah or listen to what the prophets say. Their is not a pre tribulation rature. There is however accroding to the scriptures. The Greater Exodus. This time Yahweh will reveal to the whole world Yah's power and might. Remember what happens to the fathers happens to the childern. That being said after the Abomination of Desolation takes place and the image of the beast is set up. The childern of Israel will go into the wilderness.

I'm so sick of the lies about pre-trib rapture. It is not biblical. It is referring symbolically to people who vanish that are doing the will of God. People will be hot/cold/lukewarm for him. The one's that are hot have followed his commands. The others profess to know him but do not REALLY know him.

PS: The "son of perditon" comes from the east "Europe" The false prophet or preacher is said to come from the water. I would conclude that we know the anti-christ walks the earth right now and doesn't say he is born in the east. This false prophet will help him get into power. As we know, the anti-christ will triumph through diplomacy and not military might, deceiving many so that after 3-1/2 years they will cry out "Peace and Safety!" - Does than phrase sound familiar to anyone

The Word of God says the beast from the sea. Obama is from Hawaii and at the time when revelations was wrote, no one knew of the island of Hawaii so they referred to it as the sea. He is also called the beast for his easy ways to persuade the public. Now I am not saying Obama really is but this is my own interpretation.

The word "sea" in that verse does not literally mean sea...Revelation 17:15And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. It's symbolic for people.

I know about Paul, but I do not think it is Paul's fault. Peter warned us not to take what we think Paul said too seriously because we probably do not understand what it is that Paul wrote. And men would twist Paul's writings. They do.
