I'm more leaning towards a different theory. Sakuya, the loyal servant she is, has been serving remi for a while and remi, feeling a little insecure about her bites her to gain complete control. The whole mirror image battle is just an artistic.way to show her falling entirely under remi's control.

The imagery with the clock associated with time stop made me think of Homura Akemi. But I say that in a very respectful way of course. Sakuya was first and she is on a whole different level. Well all of Gensokyo is really.

I think this is how it really went...Sakuya uses spell cards like every other Touhou character except the fact that she has the power to stop time. There is another Sakuya to keep time and space in balance this time when the real Sakuya uses a spell car and finishes the clone appears and trys to take over as the real Sakuya loses the clone must go to keep things in balance. ... Practicly she HAD to lose for the sake of keeping things in balance lol

Yup, one of the top Touhou vids by far...! I agree with its lack of smoothness in comparison to Bad apple (Bad apple was tight!! Loved that vid), but the camera angles, poses, and overrall movements are definitely much better than a lot of the MMD's out there-In short, its a rlly cool piece of work!

I think that both of them are the real Sakuya, but one of them is Sakuya in the stopped world, and the other is the Sakuya that lives in the real one. When Sakuya stops the time, she creates another Sakuya because of messing with the flow of the time, or something. After the spell ends, transient Sakuya must die. This time transient Sakuya noticed this, and had a fight with the other, but is defeated for the sake of normal flow of time.
