We'll never what would've happened if the US didn't try to slow the spread of marxism or communism around the world - the number of dead could've been much higher. That every place mentioned in this video - pretty much every place on the globe - the Soviets tried to work with all these governments? My point was if we sat back and did nothing, the world would've been a completely different place, and not necessarily any better. That alternative universe could've been much worse.

Every government has done bad things, but because US is one of the most influential, everything they do has a bigger impact on the rest of the world. And everything they do, they keep the damage outside their own borders, using other nations' land and people as fodder.
Also, name something concrete that is "good for the rest of the world" that US have done, that is not in self interest.
